New YOGA Themes & Class Times
YANG - The active force. You'll learn to sync breath and body movement with vigorous flow, strengthening the muscles and the nervous system.
"Bottle Rocket Flow" is offered Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m
"Modified Primary Series" happens Mondays from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m
YIN - The passive force. The movement is slower paced with poses held for 3-5 minutes. The work will target the connective tissues and relax your muscles with mindful breathing.
Tuesdays bring the "Modified Primary Series + Yin" from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Fridays feature "Yin Relaxation" from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
